We are 70 years old with abundance of well educated and disciplined Ghanaians and PHDS in all disciplines and we still don’t have any confidence in ourselves to manage our affairs. I cannot understand this, given that you have capacity. This situation, all put together in an indictment on existence as a functional entity, it has been needless and is needless. What is all this? The Government of Ghana has a first duty to work to make the people of Ghana happy, nothing less, nothing more.
It appears some people have not( in the past) and do not ( presently), really have a comprehensive understanding of their role and this is our tragedy my dear brothers and sisters.

Immediately replace all road tolls to generate revenue to support road construction projects. You do not need to wait until road projects are completed before you install tolls. Electronic tolls are already available and can be installed outside the cities within a very short period. Ghana military should be given the opportunity and resources build specific industries. They can run sea transportation along the coastal towns in Ghana. They can provide air cargo and emergency air taxi service around the country.
