You lend money to a borrower on agreed terms, the borrower returns and says I CANNOT continue borrowing on the terms we agreed so either take back your money OR if you wish we agreed so new terms. Where does one lose money in such a situation? The lie the NDC told to win power is what is haunting them now! Let them find money to pay those they claim to have suffered a haircut.
