If you're charging students GH¢7,392 and GH¢8,876 each, per academic year, for four occupants in a room with 1 shared bathroom, that still amounts to 29,568 and 35,504 per academic year which is approximately 9 months only- not 12 months??
The room is not single occupancy, so saying its Ghc 823 is irrelevant because the monthly rent is shared between the four occupants; Ghc 823 x 4 or 986 x 4 is the actual monthly rent for the single room.
That's about Ghc 3.3-4k a month for a single room without air-condition and/or a fridge ????? Just a ceiling fan, single mattress, water, and electricity?? Well?
