The record is that he built the first gas processing plant at Atuabo in Ellembelle district of the Western region so if he says he will build the second gas processing plant, he can do it

A time has come for the country to have have a second gas processing plant and it must be built near the existing plant at Atuabo to save cost so I will urge President John Mahama to honor his pledge

Yes off course I know you will. After doing this, all power stations need to be protected by highly electrical power fence so that the devil's cannot enter to destroy. This power fences will be all across the country power stations. Finally, also sensor cctv cameras. Those cctv cameras can turn on you and record without security attendance.
Am happy to show the manufacturer.
Also all power stations and sub stations across the country need to attach solar panels in a form of football field to generate more power without relying akosombo only. Those only need to be deadly fence. Because they never appreciate.

If some people had done something like this the quality of power supply would have been better. Instead of them keeping quiet and watch in shame they have the nerve to criticise power outages that they did little to prevent.
