This is one of the troubling issue the mineral commission and ministry has failed to address.They even forget that most Ghanaians have had the opportunity to travel to work in other parts of the globe where these foreign companies operate and not forgetting about training opportunities.I have worked under a contractor before and it's just terrible with the conditions of services, it's just takes or leave because there are other hundreds of hungry unemployed people knocking at the door.The most dangerous aspect is job security
