If its 10000birds per district then we can be looking at 2.5m birds nationwide on the average. Lets give some time some time. My concern is sustainability of this project. Planting for food and jobs by previous govt couldn't be sustained and became avenue for enriching politicians who smuggled the fertilizers meant for farmers out of the country. Instead of giving them to individual farmers, why can the district assembly establish their own farms and hire these people to work for them
