What is wrong with Ghana?
Why should retired military men even be allowed to live in barracks, let alone their children, when the parents have retired (and some dead) and then run business all at the cost of the state?
Were the flats/houses given to them as life-long present so that they and their descendants can use it forever?
That means we will be creating new 'towns' for soldiers every now and then because the number of retirees keep increasing while new enlisted soldiers also need place to abode.
Ghana is very very very SICK !!!

As for this one, Jinapor is not being truthful here because in Burma Camp all the business ventures are located in the various markets. Hitherto some personal from 49 Engrs Regt were going round the markets to take the bills without any accountability. That practice was stopped as far back as 2016 and prepaid meters were installed in the markets.

That is a good decision. I believe if they are made to pay, and the government is not doing well on issues regarding electricity, they can act fairly by voting them out genuinely.
