If you don't ask for the documents from the port and you buy, you are in for trouble. Importers must be given two weeks to register every vehicle.

A little commonsense management. Give drivers enough time to exchange their expired number plates. We are not in a Zombie state. I have friends who have parked their cars in the garrage and are out of the country.
