GWCL will not in the first instance provide any service line to places where water is needed, you will consult with them on that and they are only interested in benefiting from you the customer. Is your interest not to align with the shareholders? They will take months to provide a single meter and it’s treated as a favor, we should be paying attention to how people are able to do such things in the lens of the company. Individuals do not hold power to entirely do that.

This guy and his accomplices should be arrested immediately and prosecuted and if found guilty very Lengthy Custodial Sentences of less than 50 years each plus Seizure of ASSETS slapped on them. We have real criminals in the system wanting to enrich themselves with no work done. This type of stealing must go with immediate prosecution, jailing and huge fine. Unfortunately our useless courts will drag and adjourn the case over and over and turn this into a foolish case which everyone will forget and the criminal will go free. Our judges are not at all serious. They will adjourn cases for months and simple criminal cases drag on for decades. The Chief Justice should wake up and track timeliness and timelines of how long it is taking to complete criminal cases and under which judges. Those judges should be removed who are helping criminals to evade justice by delaying and rather making the complainant come to court for years on end.
