  @Bro Micheal Donkor, As long as it’s being controlled and managed fully by Govt, it’s has the tendency to collapse..because when there is a change of Govt, it’s more likely that a new Govt or current govt will mismanaged it..projects like this should be giving to Ghanaian private businesses to manage it..when u go to Dubai, it’s some few Rich elites who have built the city..the govt gives them the money to do so..if u build such a big project and give it to a CEOwho has never managed or built a factory by himself/herself before, it’s more likely to collapse because they have no idea..

  The govt of Ghana has a lot to learn..if I was a president, this is what I will do..I will look for someone who has already built factories and managed it well and it’s still functioning..typical example, Nigeria use to have a lot of govt Oil refineries, it’s all collapsed..now as soon as the govt gave them contract to Dangote, a private business mab, there is no way the refinery is going to collapse even in the next 30years because a private man will never allow his hard Earned money to go waste..a contact like rhis could be given to someone like Kennedy Agyapong because he has already built couple of factories and he is managing it well..all the Chinese citizens building factories and malls in Ghana is sponsored by the Chinese govt..Charlie sometimes we tire for comment..chai this our country
