  Listening to this Walewale MP makes me want to puke.Has the issuance of Bonds not always been a part of our financial structure and is it not this same NPP party that made NONSENSE of it through its poor management of the Ghana economy. So suddenly the NPP is seeing Bonds as a kind of plague or demon that must be avoided. Mr MP the NDC government is not in any haste to borrow again however the door to the issuance of Bonds can not be closed entirely because of the bad experiences under the NPP. Government will borrow and use the funds prudently if the need arises to do so, the Finance Minister and the Governor of the Bank of Ghana have so far proved that they are capable of steering the financial affairs of the state of Ghana successfully. The NPP is allowed to sit on the side lines and painfully watch the NDC deliver on its mandate by the grace of God. Shameless lot.
