It’s easy to use the Post office to renew Let them send the expired license to the relevant embassy with the cash involved. The embassy sends them to a special desk in Ghana. The renewed licenses are then dispatched back.

Went back in January 2026 confidently to collect my license only for an officer to stamp this cover note, "Extended till June"
This is not rocket science, NIA produces instant ID cards. Fix the issues at home. By the way, how many Ghanaians overseas use Ghanaian issued license to drive in those countries?
