Anyone can cut sod..I don’t take sod cutting serious..the only thing I take serious is when the factory starts operational..Hello to our President Mahama, respectfully it’s about time u start private Govt initiatives on projects like this..projects like this should be opened to Ghanaians interested to bid..all these govt factories is the reason why a lot of factories collapse right after the govt leaves power..a typical example is komenda sugar factory..I bet u, if it was giving to a private business man specifically Ghanaian to operate from the start, it would have been working by now..if the govt continues to use state funds to be operating factories, we will always come back to square zero..involve Ghanaian businessmen in your governance..

To be honest, I like the zeal of president Mahama to change the fortunes of Ghana but he needs to do it the right way..this is time to create more millionaires and billionaires in our country..imagine u give even half of this money to a Ghanaian entrepreneur to manage this factory from start to finish whiles the govt is still supervising..so basically it becomes a Ghanaian private owned whiles the govt also get it’s percentage..the job of a Govt is to construct roads, bridges, hospitals, creates security for its citizens..many countries are doing this and it’s working..China, Russia and the UAE(Dubai)..all these places, their govt gives the citizens( entrepreneurs) contract and money for them to be operating business and factories..most of the Chinese in Ghana opening shopping malls left and rights is because their govt has given them money to do so..whiles the govt is cutting sod, there is a Ghanaian business mab behind who is going to run the business..it doesn’t matter if he is in Ndc, Npp or neutral person as long as he can do the job effectively..of u got to Dubai, most of the tall buildings, it belongs to individuals and not govt..
