  Reduce the ridiculous stealing duties so people will avoid evading paying the duties. If you want to rob importers through unreasonable custom levies, they have every right to avoid being robbed. Is Togo and other West African countries not functioning by sticking to realistic and fair import levies? It's only in Ghana that Politicians have deliberately imposed levies that have no value relation to imported goods with the sole purpose of stealing these goods if the importer is unable to pay the abnormal levies.
