  This whole 24 hour economy good as it is, is being handled wrongly. You cannot legislate 24 hour economy into existence. We need to improve investments in existing sectors, strengthen the economy and the private sector and 24 hour economy will be the results.
  
  If we provide incentives for companies to work 24 hours it will just be a waste of resources. companies should operate 24 hours because the market demands its, not because of government incentives.

  Very good opposing view on the government 24 hour econony measures. Surely the directives on this can come from the office of the presidency, with enforcement measures for the ministers of state to follow or they are replaced, not really hard to do. We can look at enforcing it through policy measures and approved laws by Parliament.
