The government should be deliberate, proactive and alert at all times, not stupidly paying billions of Cedis to one organisation which is not worth a bob, and all our security agencies had gone to sleep, Gifty Oware's case had did it happened with Ghana Card in place? No checks and balances, corrupt officials across board, ministry of finance, banks etc, all sleeping on the job and paying monies to non existence people with no cause for alarm, what a joke in a country call Ghana.
