Randy, should have envisage that this new financing model was not even applied in a full year by, the previous Boahen Aidoo administration, and that the new model was adopted after he fail to secure the 1.5billion dollars he was looking for, but for the fact that he surrounded himself with the previous administration directors they advice him to accepted a financing model that was not tried and tested. resulting in this disaster.
