Exactly. Changing the four tier interchange to whatever tier will not augur well for the development and beautification of Kumasi . You can maintain the four tier and still do the outer ring road if you care about the region ...

Listen to reason. Why four tier if three tier can solve the problem. Its a waste of money which can be used for another road in Kumasi.
