The only time I'm stopped on my route is at the border where I show my passport n reason for traveling no us custom officer checks for your insurance, etc. Infact over a decade ago I remember driving to Syracuse for an event and it turned out my license was expired and I was driving a rental car. Us customs impounded the car because it was fairly new n strip searched it for drugs they didn't understand how I was driving the car I told them it was a rental. After an hour they apologized and I left. The only time a state trooper or police office will stop you is if they think you are speeding. Thats rare. That's when they will ask for your license, insurance and registration and may issue you a speeding ticket. And you say this can't be replicated in west Africa? Why? Aren't you humans just like everyone else? If the north americans can do this why can't ecowas do this? FIND OUT WHY N SOLVE THE WHY. 8YRS OF NPP THEY DIDNT DO THIS, WHY?
