Deinflation on foods are intentional to purnish the small scale farmers. Prices of everythings is increasing while the jobless farmers continous strugling. Foods is about 70% deinflated just because most of us are uneducated

So with inflation at 3.8 % simply put, it means that prices will increase by 3.8% on the average. So where comes the reduction the 'men' are talking about.
