GOIL can continue giving out fuel coupons to government workers who share to their girl friends and relatives.
This is a desperate attempt to save a struggling and failing GOIL.Competitive pricing is healthy and this price floor nonsense is means and ways to fleece the public.Why not price ceiling but rather price floor ?

Guys be careful when you go to buy fuel at Goil. They advertise 9.99 on their boards but when you go to the station, they direct you to a pump which sells the liter for 13.97 without informing you that's the super XP Ron 95. The pump for 9.99 is isolated and the attendants don't clarify anything to you. You would only realize you have been short-changed after noticing you have had far less liters than expected.
