    They always plan but never implement. They are resetting Ghana yet they cannot even pay cocoa farmers. All attempts to stop galamsey have failed because they don't really mean to stop galamsey, it appears.

    Ethiopia has the highest number of EVs in Africa, not Ghana. Ghana may be second or third.

    Ghana leads with over 17,000 EVs (largely 2-3 wheelers), followed by Morocco (10,000+) and South Africa (approx. 6,000). Other leaders include Ethiopia, Tanzania, Kenya, and Rwanda.
