  the person who wrote this article is part of the problem, he said no nation leaves its trade to foreign entity but this scam is primarily going to make a foreign country company in Belgium rich with millions instantly the day it is ever allowed.
  
  this corruption must be stopped and anyone associated with it investigated comprehensively.
