I have just researched the company at UK Companies House and also online assisted by AI tools. It is reported that the Hotel called 1 Oxford Street at Osu belongs to Kensington Residential Partner 1 Ltd(KRP). As such, if the loan was advanced to that Company, then the creditors will be able enforce it against the Hotel which is property of the Company rather than Cheddar.

Cheddar's pride and joy was a mere charade as he was not the actual owner but rather KRP
