    Close down useless small OMCs. They don't even pay workers salary. They just defraud GRA and chop fuel taxes. NPA should stop licensing more players.

    NPA if you want to maintain the price floor then make it fluid such that downward adjustments can be made when the oil prices go down. Same can be made if the oil prices go up. But do not maintain a rigid price floor. In USA, ...
