  I'm yet to understand this logic. How can someone buy gold for reserve, not yet sold in 2022 at $1600 per tone and make losses when it's now selling at $4600per ton. How is that possible. Please someone should educate me.

  This is what you get when you are under Neocolonialism.
  I would like to know how much cash was used to buy the gold and how much was the real value in real time?
  You can’t talk of loss when we don’t know the buying price and the selling price.
  If the loss is coming from the selling price then it means we are being cheated by the Bank of England.
  That’s where we store the gold so any difference must come from the value they put on the reserve.
  Another possibility is that maybe somebody is stealing from somewhere.
