  I am a contractor and I can tell you that no any outstandings have been paid. The president first announced that contractors were going to be paid in July but no one was paid except their chosen few.
  Then the president made another announcement that GHC 1billion had been released for payments to contactors before Christmas. Ask any contractor you know if he or she has been paid.
  Such pronouncements bring undue pressure on contractors who owe their suppliers. Our creditors begin to pester us for their monies which breaks trust between us.

  As if we take things for granted but all liars shall have their part in the lake which burneth with brimstone and sulphur whether diplomatic lie, white or black lie according to Revelation 20:8. The road fund board was only inaugurationabout one and half weeks ago. Have they even sat as a Board. Silence is golden.
