  China's leadership is filled with engineers.
  Engineers Build, Lawyers UNBuild........or tear down.
  
  So, now we can see clearly that an MPs professional discipline is also important.
  ATTENTION: However, throw away that ugly title of Eng. Boateng or whoever. Your work speaks volumes for you,,,,,,,,,not the hollow titles.
