  What an ignorant managing director? You cannot force anyone to purchase a travel insurance be cause they are visiting Ghana.
  
  In case you don't know most travellers from the western world have travel insuance via their credit cards used to purchase their tickets. In addition their health insurances mostly cover them universally!
