  There are too many seemingly distracting new regulations and initiatives rolling out of the DVLA for the average road user and vehicle owner to keep up with. Meanwhile, like all other public institutions in this country, their exorbitant charges and fees have no bearing nor relevance at all to the economic realities of their forcibly compliant and hapless clients ability to pay. Other than ensuring huge unrealistic and super comfortable salaries to their senior officials, one struggles to figure out what the totality of their off-putting} fees and charges are put to, to make our roads better and safer to drive on.
  
  I dare the head of the DVLA - a public institution, to publish his salary, allowances and other benefits if he or his institution disagree with the points raised above.

  Yes, why should traditional leaders have a designated vehicle number plate? What on earth is the PURPOSE! This is f!!?)ng stupid. Why would someone need a Temp number to operate a vehicle for a while….like how long? The office is creating unnecessary issues for citizens and it would come to hunt them one day. You can have a temp license plate for a very short time (at most, one month) and that Vehicle MUST be fully registered otherwise the driver is pulled by the police and charged accordingly. DVLA is messing up big time. This is operational inefficiency and ineffectiveness. Scrap this traditional plate thing otherwise parliamentarians, Imams, Emergency doctors, can justifiably ask for their own designated number plates. Would DVLA deny them when those requests come in? DVLA boss, Think HARD!!!!!
