    The public didn't know exactly what goes into the contract apart from the royalty debate.I think that's not enough because we don't know exactly how the people at the mining area benefit from the royalty.

    Yes, but the backlash from the people had overwhelmed NDC because it doesn't make sense to cancel 10% and accept 5% as the best option.
