During Akufo Addo, Bawumia, Ofori-Atta and the NPP family and friends criminal administration,, all that members of the TOR Board and executives persistently tried to do was to form private company and hand over TOR and its assets to their private companies to manage. The impression created at the time was that TOR was a hopeless case and that the only way out for TOR was a private entity takeover or partnership or a lease to such private entity. And the private entity had to be the one formed by the very same people who could not manage TOR as a public entity. Criminal NPP, never again. I thank you Lord, God Almighty for delivering Ghana from the hands of those wicked workers of evil.

Same expertise should identify, resourced and supported to in turning around our agriculture, value addition industrialization, spatial planning and development, efficient public transport system, health and education and the production and distribution of potable drinking water 24/7.!
Shall we now look at employee numbers at TOR, WHETHER IT IS OPTIMUM OR OVERBLOATED, IF OVERBLOATED IT MUST BE CUT DOWN TO THE OPTIMUM TO RUN THE COMPANY EFFICIENTLY NOT FORGETING ATUABO GAS TOO WHERE WE LEARNED THAT THE WORKFORCE IS JUST TOO INSTEAD OF ITS OPTIMUM WORKFORCE OF 150, WE NOW HAVE A HUGE AND OVERBLOATED WORKFORCE WHICH IS TOO LARGE AND IS WEIGHING VERY NEGATIVELY ON THE EFFICIENT RUNNING AND PROFITABLITY OF THE COMPANY!
HOW CAN A COMPANY THAT IS SUPPOSED TO EMPLOYED 150 WORKERS SUDDENLY BECOME SO BLOATED AS TO HAVE EMPLOYED 1000 WORKERS ON ITS PAYMENT ROLL, HOW?
LETS TRY CORRECT THIS INSTITUTIONAL AND MANAGERIAL ANORMALLY FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE OUR NATION AND PEOPLE!
KUDOS ONCE AGAIN TO ENGINEER KOMBAT AND HIS GREAT TEAM..
THIS FEAT SENDS VERY SIGNAL TO THOSE WHO REALLY HAVE THE NATION AT HEART AS AGAINST THOSE WHO JUST RIDE ON THE BACK OF HYPE AND EMPTY POLITICAL RHETORICS TO POWER AND THEN BOOMMED,!! START RUNNING DOWN EVERY CONCEIVABLE STATE INSTITUTION AMID WIDESPREAD CRIMINAL LOOTING AND PLUNDERING OF THE NATIONAL KITTY..
NEVER AGAIN TO THESE BRAZEN COHORTS OF CRIMINAL ELITES GOVERNMENT IN OUR COUNTRY..

Well done Sir Kombat. These are the people Ghana needs to thrust the country forward. Unscrupulous politicians of yesteryear deliberately made it impossible for TOR to operate successfully. They would rather import refined fuel than to refine it locally. Sad but true. Ghana needs more Kombats. We need more selfless leaders and not uncouth, Unscrupulous thieves masquerading as politicians.
Today, we express our sincere gratitude to these remarkable individuals.
