  Even CSOs have joined the fray to discount the policy of Central government. This statement of intent was carefully thought through and discussed based on data collected and available. These pessimists who want to be heard must not criticise because its not about them. Of course, its about the state and it is our collective effort to ensure success is achieved. Sitting on the fence and shouting it cannot happen is not the way to go. What about if the drilling really starts in 2026 as the Finance Minister proclaimed, will they resurface and apologise? We, those who are optimistic, have faith in the Government and believe strongly that, with or without these detractors, we will sail
