  This is what happens when the state deals with known fraudsters. All this guy does is bribe politicians with stolen money to acquire a state asset which is then used to dupe foreign investors. If he is a billionaire as he claims on social media why bother defrauding almost everyone who comes his way. Bribing politicians will never get you what you want in life.
