If an individual can care so much about the vulnerable in society and make food available to them, then gov't officials who embezzle so much money from the state to deny these vulnerable people what is due them should be seriously dealt with. They should be hanged when found guilty after what can be retrieved from them is done. They're simply animals who don't deserve to live with humans!
