  I KNOW THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION. THIS IS IT: START BREEDING THE KIND OF FAT COWS THEY HAVE IN RWANDA. GIVEN OUR RUBBER PRODUCTION, IF WE COULD ALSO BREED THOSE FAT COWS GHANA COULD BE POSITIONED AS A MAJOR PLAYER IN ELECTRIC CARS TYRE PRODUCTION. AND WE WOULD NOT EVEN HAVE TO PARTNER WITH RWANDA - BECAUSE WE SHALL HAVE THE RUBBER AND FAT WHICH ARE THE KEY COMPONENTS OF TYRES FOR ELECTRIC CARS.
