Eyes should be open wide so that there will be no scandals like people pocketting the monies instead of doing the right thing. So far with this new government - no scandals and this is going to be like a test.

Start fast because produce are already getting wasted on the farms when you hear 2hat is happening. Th3 food glut is real and the government as a matter of urgency has to move because when they fail the farmers it will mean less people would be farming th3 next season that can start famine and bulk of the population that was gainfully employed in farming would now drift to cause a shift social set up. Major problem looms . Start with what you have first and target places that are now crying for help whiles the rest of the money can be found. The government must found the money because this is national security concerns.

Care should be taken so that the Buffer Stock Company officials do not pay any lower amount to the farmers and pocket the rest of the money.
