Why not the Defence Ministry? Think Ghanaians have lost their memories? At best your ministry is a victim like the late ones and families as well as all Ghanaians minus the Defence Ministry whose inaction caused the state this avoidable loss. The best you ought to do is to seek answers from the Acting Defence minister for his failure to put in measures to protect these poor souls knowing in advance the large number of forms sold out. Why can't the lives of the poor be valued?
