do you have any idea when the court case started and who was defending government? Any the Minister choses to be selective in his statement. He should not forget that FBI, and the whole government machinery of US wanted Ghana ...

do you have any idea when the court case started and who was defending government? Any the Minister choses to be selective in his statement. He should not forget that FBI, and the whole government machinery of US wanted Ghana government to continue with the PDS deal because they found nothing wrong. Government instence on cancelling the deal because of noted infractions ie, insurance guarantees led US government to cancel the MCA tranche of USD190 million . So if the arbitration is today telling us that government was right then why dont you give them some praise for having the balls to stand up to the whole US government machinery. politics should not necessarily be a dividing force, it can also be a uniting force depending on how we use it.
