  Dear ECG Team,
  I would like to highlight a concern regarding the difficulty in obtaining electricity meters. Ideally, this process should be straightforward and accessible upon request. However, in Ghana, it has become unnecessarily complicated, which is deeply frustrating for many citizens.
  This complexity is pushing people toward middlemen, who often charge exorbitant fees. It gives the impression that the system is deliberately designed to make people pay unofficially, which unfortunately contributes to the rise in illegal connections.
  I strongly urge ECG to simplify and streamline the process of acquiring meters. Making it transparent and accessible will not only reduce illegal connections but also restore public trust in the system. Thank you

  You spoke what I have in mind for the ECG. Without providing us the meter, how do you expect to stop the prospective customers from seeing the ECG middlemen or discourage the illegal connections?
