  It can never be to Ghana's advantage to sign zero tariffs agreements with China. Ghana can only be the loser in any such agreement. The differences and gaps in capacities between the two nations are too vast for Ghana to benefit from such agreements. It woul to seed be wise for Africans to start to see China as the competition other than anything else. They can still do well exporting to other markets than China.
  After all it isthose othe markets that build China and they can build Africa too.
