Secondly, all foreign hospital visits & treatment should be abolished and those who want to visit should pay from their own pockets. If these are done, Government officials would think of constructing new and upgrading existing hospitals to the status of those foreign ones to cater for every ghanaian. I don't understand why we voted for them and they enjoy better things than us, after all, we gave them the power. By our voting action we shouldn't be treated as second class citizens.
