  GRA always end up taking those who already pay tax. They claim that in Kumasi it is not possible to identify those who should pay tax and so tax the companies that do business with them, leaving those companies not paying tax and taxing the overburdened companies again. It is interesting to note that NOT ONE second hand car dealer us registered with GRA for tax purposes and yet the whole of Kumasi and Accra is like a giant parking lot for unsold cars!
