i dont blame the thieves. you need policy that striclty says if you are in a position of authority and your books are not balancing, fiscal malfeaseance you will be charged with corruption and sent to courts to defend your self and the maximum is 25yrs. now, if you see this and you have witnessed other who have fallen the same fate. you will think twice before accepting such roles. even an angel will steal as a public servic employee because there is no accountability, rule of law is a joke in ghana with fools as leaders. fools
