  President Mahama, please repeal the Petroleum & Exploration law, Act 919 that you signed in 20216 before engaging these FOCs who haven't forgotten their predatory instincts in our Upstream Oil sector. We can't continue to receive under 21% of earnings while the FOCs go away with over 80%. We should do that and stop going to borrow from the IMF and other sources. We ought to be economically independent.
