  Well...storming town to seize the products without the tax stamp will not be enough. After approaching various shops selling such products, we need to find out who distributed the products to them and then, we track the distributors down. Then the next step will be questioning the distributors to get Intel on the importers of such products and from there, the law can take its course.
  But if it's just going to be storming town and seizing the products from the shops and ending it there, then there is going to be no end to the problem.
  Also, I believe that shop owners and the general public must be educated on the need to refrain from purchasing products that do not have the tax stamp.
