  This Danny Angels guy is just a marketer. The devil is in the details. There are conditions he attaches that effectively makes his great grandchildren take the land from yours. Buyer beware. I see him as the greatest social media real estate scammer targeting the diaspora whom he knows are less informed about Ghana’s real estate. His company’s model is primarily based on diaspora dollars and euros. Never targets local-based Ghanaians. The question is why? Dig deeper and you will realize he wants to exert control over the lands he sells to you in perpetuity through subleases and fraudulent clauses.
