Early this year when the exchange rate was 14 cedis to the dollar they were selling a bag between 110 to 120 cedis! When the exchange rate went to 11 cedis, they should reduced their prices to 88 cedis but they all refused because it's a cartel being run by greedy private owners! The state owned cement producer in Togo will bring his cement at 6USD and sell it at least 8 USD ! Say 100 cedis today exchange rate! Dangote will also bring their cement and make huge profit and create jobs for the teaming youth in Nigeria! Please stop the crying Dr. and face reality! Reduce your prices and the import will cease!
