  A very wise and practical recommendations. Government must consider the recommendations very seriously, especially the ones on mining and oil industries.
  
  Every Ghanaian deserve to benefit from pol and mineral resources in the country. Not to make pay for the the sins of those cashing on the resources. Polluter must make environmental and social protection part of cost of doing business, and pass it onto the ordinary Ghanaian as externalities.
