  Another clearver way of allotting meneral concessions to clonies,family and friends to partner the developers.Government is fronting this 1 billion on behalf of these would be NDC concession owners then the gold from these mines would be sold to gold board acting as front for NDC sponsors.Gold board would declare 50% as gold bought and 50% remains goes to these NDC sponsors.....lbrahim,Sammy Gyamfi,Mahama himself,Deborah ect.
